Highly dated apartment decor in desperate need of refurbishment!!! No plugs in sink or bath, not enough kitchenware for more than four people, and nonexistent remote for the TV!!!

English breakfast
The common places (stairs, etc.) lack cleanliness. Lack of washing machine in the apartments. Bed linen and towels are very worn.

The zone is excellet for free parking around the hotel. The apartment itself has everything essential for short and enjoyable stay. Loved the fresh balcony with amazing views to the sea and mountines! Luxmar is super economic! Also the staff was friendly and helpful.
The installations of kitchen were realy old ones. The room doesn't have any ventilator or air-cond. So it must be very inconvenient in July- August. No cleaning services.

Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for entertainment and restaurants. Have stayed here before and will be staying again this year. Easy to park up and relax, short walk to beach and nightlife.

Tidy, budget rooms overlooking mountain. Facilities - an electric kettle, a microwave and a sofa bed. Excellent, unbeatable location between the partying. And a short way from Cines Colci Rincon Cinema.

We had a dead sound time here, right near the beach and nightlife. The pool was lush and sunny all day, but wish there was air-con in the room! Noticed some cleaning issues too. good for a mate’s getaway.

Good place with its outdoor swimming pool, snack bar, and 24-hour security. I remember the staff bringing me a cold drink during my first stay. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return for another year.

Stayed at the Luxmar Apartment for one week in early September. We had a room on the 15th Floor the room was modern and very clean. The Luxmar is in the perfect position for everything from the beach, bar, clubs, shop's and restaurants. The Apartment itself has a bar and dinner area and a 24hour reception. The swimming pool was a bit on the small side but we went the beach most days the hotel room didn't have air conditioning however you can rent a fan but we jus left our balcony door open. The balcony itself was a good size.
